Heather

Office Manager

Heather works in the front office and is our office manager, she has been part of Dr. Rachel's team since 2021. She loves getting to interact with our patients and see their smiling faces when they walk through the doors. She lives in Greenbrier with her husband Jeff and their daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, anything that involves being outdoors, and watching her daughter play softball.

Traci

Hygienist

Traci lives on a farm in Greenbrier with her husband, Shannon, her son, Sawyer and her miniature Australian Shepherd, Sunnie Pearl. Farm life is the best teacher for hard work and life lessons and is her favorite place to be. She also enjoys attending Sawyer's sports and school activities, volunteering at school and church, going to the lake, camping and fishing. She graduated from UAMS in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. What she loves about being a dental hygienist is the interaction with the patients, which builds friendships over time, all while improving their health and smile.

Corey

Hygienist

Corey and her husband live in Greenbrier. Her son and daughter-in-law are also local residents. She grew up in Tennessee, studied at Memphis State and graduated from the University of Tennessee Dental Hygiene School in 1991. She loves lake life, exercising and animals. One of Corey's favorite aspects of dentistry is helping patients overcome anxiety. She enjoys helping patients have a positive and comfortable dental experience. She has been working with Dr. Rachel since 2020.

Beth

Hygienist

Beth lives in Greenbrier with her husband, Jeremy and their four kids. She enjoys volunteering at church, Crossfit, and attending all of the numerous activities her kids participate in. She graduated from UAMS in 2006 with a Bachelor's of Science in Dental Hygiene. What she loves about being a hygienist is the relationships she has built with her patients over the years and of course getting their teeth sparkly clean!

Brenda

Registered Dental Assistant

Brenda graduated Pulaski Technical College with her dental assistant certification in 2012. Brenda has experience in all fields of dentistry, but working with children is her passion. Putting our patients first is her number one priority, and she works hard to ensure they feel comfortable and have an enjoyable experience in our office When she isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family, working in her garden and cross stitching.

Registered Dental Assistant

TJ lives in Damascus with her husband, Shane and their three children. She has been a part of Dr. Rachel's team since 2022. She has been a registered dental assistant since 2013. She enjoys attending her kids numerous sport activities as well as watching them show cattle. She also enjoys reading, fishing and being outdoors.

Ashlyn

Registered Dental Assistant

Ashlyn has been a part of Dr. Rachel's team since 2023 when she started as a high school intern. She became a registered dental assistant in the summer of 2024. She enjoys meeting new patients and getting to work with the team. Ashlyn is a pre-dental student at UCA and is studying biology as her major. She enjoys skiing, pickleball, and being involved in Alpha Sigma Tau.

Chelsea

Registered Dental Assistant

Chelsea has been a registered dental assistant since 2017 and has worked alongside Dr. Rachel since 2020. She lives in Morrilton with her husband Stephen and 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family at the ballpark watching them play.
